Founded By Claudia Gerster

Claudia has over 20 years experience working in the real estate community. Her experience spans all facets of the industry, from resort real estate (whole, fractional and timeshare ownership) to retail spaces to urban mixed-use projects to suburban master-planned communities and international developments.

Prior to founding Creative License, Claudia led the efforts of two companies providing international retail, sales and restaurant environments. She has concepted, designed and overseen the creative development of over 350 interactive, educational, leisure-oriented and sales spaces in more than 20 countries.

With an education in both Fine Art and Interior Design, Claudia has the rare distinction of being a designer who not only holds a real estate license, but who has actually sold both resort and fractional real estate. As a result, she brings a highly strategic approach to the planning and execution of all of her projects. All of the tools Claudia develops are immediately beneficial to a sales team, assisting in storytelling, changing perceptions, creating value and ultimately, producing sales.

Bridget Hartle

Senior Interior Designer

Bridget has over 10 years of experience in the Interior Design and Architecture fields. Due to her years of experience within the architectural field she is able to bring a unique and knowledgeable understanding of construction and code requirements to Interior Design. Bridget spent 5 years specializing in hospitality and commercial environments including working closely with Marriot International, Starwood Worldwide, and a number of other boutique lines. Through her involvement with hospitality design she was able to develop a deep understanding of how to communicate a project brand within the interior environment.

Dan Conrad

Vice President

With his unique background both academically as well as professionally, Dan plays a key role in the successful alignment of team and project at Creative License.

Dan attended Arizona State University, achieving a BFA in graphic design as well as his MBA with an emphasis on creative problem solving. He has served in diverse rolls from General Manager within corporations as large as Viad, to owner of operator of his own start-up company for over ten years before passing it on and joining Creative License International.

With over twenty-five years’ experience manager, leader and ownership Dan provides the oversight andorganizational skills that help our team succeed.

John Cajowski

Job Captain

John has over 12 years of experience in collaborative Retail Commercial Design. His degree in Advertising Art and Design helps shape his work in Architecture, Interior and Furniture Design. He is able to create and coordinate complete Building Dept. Submittal sets for City approval including Structural Engineers, MPE Engineers, Lighting Design and Architectural Review and Stamping.

Katie Maxfield

Lead Graphic Designer

As the Lead Graphic Designer, Katie is responsible for blending the brand identity, visual communication and messaging to seamlessly integrate with the interior architecture & marketing environments we create. She works closely with marketing, design and fabrication teams to ensure each display has an identity of its own and produces graphically suited solutions for our clients.

Natalie Schuetz

Director of Design, Associate IIDA

As Director of Design, Natalie oversees our team of Interior Designers and Architectural Drafting. With a degree in both Education and Interior Design, Natalie has over 10 years of experience in Hospitality, Multi-Family, Recreational Building Interiors and Exterior Furnishings, Sales/Information Centers and Design Centers. Focused on both design trends and demographic preferences, Natalie understands the importance of appealing to specific market profiles. Her attention to detail and creative visioning has made her a leader in the Interior Design industry, and many of her installations have received local and national awards for excellence.

Robert Mazzullo

Production Manager

Robert has over 40 years of experience in the woodworking industry. He studied fine arts and architecture in college, was involved with all aspects of the construction industry and spent 11 years as a builder and instructor at the Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery in Phoenix Arizona. He continues to build fine symphony quality string instruments and is active in the Modular Housing Industry. He has assembled a team of craftsmen with over 250 years of combined experience.

Whitney Webb

Director of National Accounts

Whitney Webb comes from a background in the fine art business, media and marketing. She brings over ten years of experience developing trusting relationships with clients and vendors by providing a highly organized process to ensure successful project execution. Her knowledge of media and graphic design offer a great understanding of the creative process and the coordination required for production.
