Using one of the builder’s product offerings we created a unique presentation center experience. Our challenge was to design an elevated sales experience while also keeping the majority of the original floor plan intact. A commercial space with oversized impactful marketing graphics combined with natural wood accents made the experience thoroughly inviting to home buyers. Touches of soft greens and blues combined with raw materials such as rope, unfinished wood, and cork gave gentle nods to living authentic lake lifestyle while keeping a refined feel to the overall space.
Using the side entry of the house as the main entry of the presentation center we were able to utilize the open living/kitchen area to present a scaled vignette of the home. Paying special attention to converting the garage into a beautiful design showroom where the buyers can feel comfortable selecting their home finishes. The bedrooms created open offices for the sales team and provide a welcoming space for potential home buyers. The welcome center embodied both beautiful design and a functional sales experience for the buyers.
