Located just north of Dallas, The Robson Ranch Design Center emulates the quality and natural materials found throughout this 55+ Active Adult Community. Oversized glass entry doors with custom forged logo-handles open to a rotunda with a dark walnut floor and massive stone wall. This dramatic waiting area is centrally located and connects to all areas of the Center.
The material displays are constructed out of stain grade walnut with interior LED lighting to highlight samples. The lay tables were constructed at different heights to accommodate a standing presentation and longer meetings at a traditional height table. The counters are white solid surface material, so they wear well and do not conflict with the different color palettes. Rolling lay tables were provided to move about the space and collect heavy materials for presentations.
Kitchen and bathroom vignettes showcase new materials available and provide hospitality for guests. For a final touch, oversized lifestyle photography is mounted behind acrylic panels to illustrate how different materials can come together for entertaining and social areas.
