Talisker Club is a private Resort Community located in the mountains at Park City. Offering year-round family recreation, including skiing and golf, the target market is affluent, own multiple homes and expect both luxury and concierge services. An existing building with space plan challenges was renovated for this hospitality lodge, event space and co-working environment. Entry walls were removed allowing guests to be greeted in a foyer with fresh flowers on an entry table and a view of the dramatic stone fireplace. A sitting room off the entry with breathtaking views and a kitchen café with seating provides light fare and beverages for casual use events. High-top community style tables have touch screen monitors recessed into the surface to personal use and to communicate the area amenities, recreation, and residential products available. A miniature community table for kids is nearby with benches made with snowboards. A metal and glass, partially enclosed Architect’s Studio sits next to the grand fireplace. A wall inside this studio is covered with custom metal mesh that allows renderings, photos, and materials to be displayed for Architects and Interior Designers to meet with residents to plan their future homes.
