Talisker Courchevel

Client: Talisker Club
Location: Park City, UT

Named after Park City’s sister city in the French Alps, the Courchevel Bistro is located in the historic Coal and Lumber building on Main Street in Downtown Park City, Utah. Recently recognized as one of the top 20 restaurants in the world by CNN Travel, Courchevel Bistro embraces both the ambiance of the French countryside and the Mountain Resort interior.
The two-story Coal and Lumber building was renovated to include Courchevel Bistro, The Wine Café on the upper level and the private Talisker Member’s Tavern on the lower level. The Original Brick walls were exposed and lined with decorative sconces and framed photography of Park City when it was founded as a mining town. An open bar and kitchen encased in a steel and glass structure is the centerpiece of the Restaurant, with custom upholstered bench seating and a ceiling covered in pressed metal tiles.
